We are looking to hire an Account Supervisor to help us manage and grow our existing accounts. Most of your accountz are mid-large companies that sell to a senior or functional IT audience, so you have to be comfortable and curious with technology. You would be part of our Client Services team that provides clients with fantastic account service, project management and execution that consistently delivers beyond expectations as well as sound and responsible strategic counselling and planning.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Understanding the client's business, their marketing needs and industry/marketplace insights in order to represent the client within the agency.
Researching and providing ongoing insights that help the creative teams to strengthen the brief
Leveraging experience and best practices to confidently advise clients on their marketing needs.
Proactively recommending and planning new initiatives that can help build the client’s business.
Ensuring that briefs are thorough, timelines are realistic and work stays on strategy and on brand.
Estimating, scheduling and executing marketing initiatives while maintaining up to date project documentation and status reports
Managing internal as well as client expectations through status calls, briefings and meetings
Forecasting account revenue and growth potential
4+ years of related work experience
Experience presenting and advising senior marketing and corporate executives (VP level or higher)
B2B Digital Marketing experience
Email Marketing best practices
Demonstrated ability to keep up with and apply B2B best practices
Ability to work as part of an extended virtual team
Ability to estimate, schedule and keep projects on time and on budget
Understanding of the creative process and required production specifications for varying marketing initiatives.
Bachelor’s Degree or Advertising/Marketing diploma
Good understanding of marketing technology platforms such as marketing automation, CRMs, content management systems, account based marketing technologies
Strategic Account Planning experience
Project management experience
Social media management experience
