84% of Canadian mid-market companies struggle with cash flow, which can cause a cash squeeze, leading to instability, inhibited growth and putting the long-term viability of the business at risk. To combat this, American Express created the “American Express Advantage,” a unique solution that offered a way for businesses to alleviate their cash crunch. Unfortunately, the company realized after its introduction that the concept was challenging for some customers to understand.

To develop a simple, engaging sales aid which reps could use to assist them in walking prospects through the concept behind the American Express Advantage.
